Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data

For enquiries about possible work, our lawful basis is usually taking steps before entering into a contract.

For replying to messages, keeping basic enquiry records, protecting the website from spam, and managing business correspondence, our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

If we ever ask for consent for something separate, such as marketing emails, you can withdraw that consent at any time. We do not currently use contact form details for marketing mailing lists.

Technical anti-spam information may be generated by Cloudflare Turnstile when you submit a protected form.

Personal information submitted through forms is shared with Resend, which is used to deliver enquiry emails.

Information may also be processed by email, hosting, and infrastructure providers where necessary to operate the website and respond to enquiries.

Personal information is not sold. It is not used for advertising profiles or third-party marketing.

How long we keep information

Enquiry emails are normally kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to previous conversations.

If an enquiry becomes paid work, some information may be kept for longer where needed for invoices, contracts, accounting, tax, or legal records.

If you would like an old enquiry deleted, contact Ben Landor using the details below.
